A guided meditation CD entitled "Simply Meditation" by Nirish Moody which will support you in your meditation practice. There are two tracks on the CD; one track is the guided meditation and the second track is ambient music without any guidance. (A $16.00 value)

A total of 18 hours of individual sessions with the instructor. One phone session, per session or chapter, to review your answers that you have just submitted and to answer any questions that you may have about the material just covered. Each phone session usually lasts 1.5 hours. (A $900.00 value compared to individual life coaching sessions.)
